Fiberglass reinforced platic frp septic tank is an underground chamber made of synthetic resin and glass fiber reinforced material through which domestic wastewater (sewage) flows for basic sewage treatment. Settling and anaerobic digestion processes reduce solids and organics, but the treatment efficiency is only moderate (referred to as “primary treatment”). Septic tank systems are a type of simple onsite sewage facility. They can be used in areas that are not connected to a sewerage system, such as rural areas. The treated liquid effluent is commonly disposed in a septic drain field, which provides further treatment. It includes a tank and a septic system. When the sewage enters the pool, the bacteria will decompose the dirt anaerobically and will reduce the volume of solid waste, and then discharged after precipitation, the water pollution level will be reduced. The solidified objects decompose at the bottom of the pool, and the upper layer of hydrated objects, which enter the pipeline and flow away prevents clogging of the pipeline and gives sufficient time for the solidified objects (feces and other waste) to hydrolyze.

Working Theory

A fiberglass reinforced plastic -frp septic tank is a treatment facility that removes suspended organic materials from domestic sewage by using the principle of sedimentation and anaerobic fermentation. It is a primary transitional domestic treatment structure. The concentration of suspended solids in domestic sewage containing a large amount of feces, paper, pathogens, etc. is 100~350mg/L, the concentration of organic matter CODcr is between 100~400mg/L, and the concentration of suspended organic matter BOD5 is 50~200mg/L. After 12~24h of sedimentation, 50%~60% of suspended matter can be removed from the sewage into the septic tank. The precipitated sludge is decomposed by anaerobic fermentation for more than 3 months, so that the organic matter in the sludge is decomposed into stable inorganic matter, and the raw sludge which is easy to decay is transformed into stable cooked sludge, which changes the structure of the sludge and reduces the water content of the sludge. The sludge should be regularly emptied and transported out to landfill or used as fertilizer.
